Dale Bilson, a Marketing Director in the UK, said the incident happened when he went to the gym with his wife in August.
“My wife persuaded me to join the HIIT practice class (high -intensity cardio exercises) in the early morning at the local gym.We started booting and I felt more tired than usual.I have done a series of Burpee exercises (exercise combined with a series of sequences of movements, impact on the whole body to help burn fat and calories effectively) and Squat ”, Dale recounted the incident.
Dale continued:“When I started the second episode, I felt short of breath, so I got out of the gym to breathe the air. However, the condition was still not better and I started to feel chest.Chest tightness gradually turns angina. ”
“I continued to rest for another 5 minutes in the gym in the hope that the pain would disappear. However, after 15 minutes, the situation still did not get better, so my wife Sophie drove me to emergency at the local hospital ”, Dale shared.
Just two minutes after going to the hospital, Dale had cardiac arrest.Doctors at the hospital immediately conducted emergency heart resuscitation and electric shock with Dale Diller.
Dale had a heart arrest for 7 minutes.Doctors even said to Sophie that mentally prepared and called family members to see Dale for the last time because if the heart stopped beating for more than 9 minutes, the patient had died.Luckily, after 3 times of performing electric shock, Dale's heart was beating again.
After the examination, the doctors determined that Dale's sudden cardiac arrest was caused by congestion in the three arteries in the heart. He was assigned to perform a heart stent surgery to re -vascular blood vessels and limit complications.
Doctors say the cause of Dale's cardiac condition may come from genetic and excessive stress.

Through my own situation, Dale also wants to send two valuable tips to everyone.
"I recommend that people should do two things soon. The first is early screening for illness if there are people suffering from cardiovascular problems in the family. Second, as soon as everyone's body appears abnormal and suspicious symptoms.Suspecting that you have a heart attack, call for emergency or ask the person to take to the nearest hospital to check the health status ", Dale said.
